We’re trembling with excitement here at Lexis Towers as we unveil our plans for our 2012 Grad Scheme. As we polish off the last of the Quality Street and swig back the last drops of Eggnog we have been reflecting on 2011 and digesting all the best bits that Lexis had to offer.

For me, top of this list was our 2011 grads. In fact, every year our Grad scheme is brimming with new talent and passionate individuals who are looking to kick start their PR career. With them they bring fresh thinking and creativity to the agency, it really is a wonder to behold.  We find ourselves asking whether we will be able to find the same class and calibre next year and the answer is a resounding ‘hell yeah’.  Which is why we’re excited. We can’t wait to see who’s going to apply, what innovative ideas they’ll bring and where a career at Lexis will take them.

But with a closing date of the 20^th February you don’t have long left to apply and we’re not that keen on seeing just a covering letter and CV. Instead we want you to use your imagination and ‘catch our eye’ with your application.  So feel free to get creative.
